Cauliflower Sandwich Wraps

Heres a super easy Paleo lunch idea for ya'll:

1 cup Cauliflower
1 Egg
Seasoning of your choice (I used a pinch of both garlic and salt)

Preheat oven to 450degrees F

-Chop raw cauliflower in food proccesor until fine.
-Whisk together egg and cauliflower, add a pinch of seasonings.
-flatten onto parchment paper, or silicone mat.
-cook for 10-15 minutes on one side, than flip to other side for 5 minutes (until it is browned and cooked thoroughly)

Thats it! Put it together with your favorite sandwich toppings.
