Lately, I have been having a lot of extreme cravings. The latest food desire, began with a book. A book which detailed a trip to the beach for the main characters, where they had a meal of hamburgers, sodas and s'mores. Those s'mores, a beach going staple, stayed on mind. I continued reading the story, but all I could focus on was gooey marshmallows and velvet chocolate. Eventually, I decided enough was enough, the craving wasn't going anywhere. It must be fed. However, along with the delicious mesh of flavors, s'mores always bring along a big sticky mess. In trying to make a more substantial treat, with less mess, the s'mores brownie was born.
